3. Website Hosting Services

  • The Website Hosting Services include hosting of websites on Company's servers.
  • Features included in the hosting package:
    • 24/7 uptime monitoring to ensure continuous website availability.
    • Free SSL Certificate to secure website communications and transactions.
    • Weekly site backups to safeguard website data and content.
    • DNS management for seamless domain management and configuration.
    • Reliable hosting support for technical assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Customers are responsible for managing their website content, domain registration, and any other aspects related to their websites.
  • Company will provide technical support related to website hosting, server maintenance, and uptime.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Customers may purchase either the Website Care Services, the Website Hosting Services, or both.
  • Payment for Website Care Services is due monthly in advance and will be automatically processed using the payment method provided by the customer.
  • Payment for Website Hosting Services is due annually in advance and will be automatically processed using the payment method provided by the customer.
  • If a customer purchases both services, payments for each service will be processed separately according to the respective billing cycles.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

5. Modifications to Services

  • Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.
  • Company may also update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of the Services.
  • In no event shall Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
