We work with BlueSky Creative as the engineering partner on eConfirm, a visitor-management application used by healthcare facilities. The work includes feature development, framework upgrades, and operations through Laravel Forge.

Staff and visitors already rely on its check-in, appointment, and screening workflows. We upgraded the framework and interface in stages, alongside improvements to the day-to-day experience of using the product.

What we delivered.

Laravel 10 → 12 in steps (Livewire 3, then 11, then 12) with a green test suite each bump
Staff interface upgraded from Bootstrap 4 to 5, including tables, filters, and notifications
Check-in queues, export filters, facility dashboard, screening questions
SMS notifications moved to a current provider; failed screenings can be acknowledged
Regional phone-number support and improvements to appointment and staff workflows
